Sessions start at $875 with a 5-person minimum. Per-person rates scale down with team size — the bigger the group, the lower the per-person cost. Fill out the quote form above with your team size and timing, and you’ll get a written quote back within a business day. We don’t do phone-only quotes — everything in writing, so it’s easy to forward internally.
We start with a short planning call to go over your team size, timing, space, and the look you want — backdrops, lighting, styling. On the day of the shoot, we bring the full studio to your Spokane or Spokane Valley office and set it up in a conference room or open space. Each person takes about 5–10 minutes in front of the camera. We shoot tethered to a monitor, so each person sees their photos and picks their favorite before they leave. Finally, retouched images are delivered in about a week.
Plan on about 5–6 minutes per person, plus 45 minutes for setup. A team of 10 usually wraps in under 2-3 hours. A team of 25 fits comfortably in a single day. We build a schedule with you ahead of time so people come down in waves and nobody’s waiting around.
It happens on almost every team session. Anyone who misses the main day can come to the studio for a matching headshot at our new-hire rate of $199. Same lighting, same backdrop, same retouching style — so their photo blends seamlessly with the rest of the team page.
Business professional or business casual, depending on your brand. Solid colors photograph better than patterns, and jewel tones tend to work better than pastels or bright white. We send your coordinator a short prep guide before the shoot — what to wear, grooming tips, what to bring for touch-ups — that you can forward to your team. Most people show up ready. A few always ask.
Same process. When you onboard a new person, they book a studio session at the $199 rate, and we match them to your existing team’s lighting and backdrop. This is how you keep your team page looking consistent without needing to re-shoot everyone every time someone joins.
Because we shoot tethered to a monitor, each person sees their photos and picks their favorite before they leave the chair. Nobody gets a surprise when the images arrive 48 hours later. If someone still isn’t happy after seeing the retouched version, we’ll work with them to make it right — either with a different shot from the session or a quick reshoot.
A standard conference room works perfectly — roughly 12 by 20 feet of usable space. We’ve also set up in lobbies, breakout rooms, and open office corners. If you’re unsure whether your space will work, send a photo on the planning call, and we’ll confirm before the session. Setup takes about 45 minutes before the first person’s headshot.
