I bring the studio to you. A team of 5 to 25 is usually done in a single morning — everyone lit the same way, cropped the same way, finished the same way. I document the lighting so the person you hire two years from now still matches.
On-site across Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney and Coeur d’Alene.
Trusted by these Spokane companies
An attorney shouldn’t look like a real estate agent. Most photographers use one generic setup for everybody. I design the session around your industry and how your clients need to see you — then keep that exact look on file, so the person you hire two years from now still matches.

Nobody loses half a day. I set up in a spare room, your team comes down a few at a time, and you get your conference room back before lunch.
Per person, start to finish
All the room I need
Typical for a team of 7–12
A short call before the date. I ask what these are for and how you want them to feel, then I show you examples so nobody is guessing.
About 45 minutes before your first person. You do not need to move furniture or clear a boardroom the night before.
I send a simple sign-up sheet. Six to eight minutes each, and I coach every person — nobody has to know what to do with their hands.
Images come up on a screen as we go. No one leaves worrying about which shot you chose for them.
Delivered properly sized for web and print.
They come to my studio on another date at my standard headshot rate and I rebuild the exact same light.
A short PDF for whoever has been handed this project: what to ask a photographer, how much room and time you need, how to schedule twelve people without wrecking a workday, and what to send your team beforehand so they show up ready.
At the end of every corporate session I write down the whole recipe — light positions, heights, modifiers, distances, power, lens and camera settings — and save it against your company name.
When you hire someone in six months, or six years, I rebuild that exact setup. Their headshot drops onto your team page next to everyone else’s and you cannot tell it was taken on a different day. That is the part most teams do not think about until their website looks like a patchwork.
The lighting is up, your team is dressed for it, and I am already there. This is the cheapest hour of commercial photography you will ever buy, and it is what fills the rest of your website — the pages that are not the team page.
The first thing a client sees online should be the first thing they see in person. Shot clean, straight and properly lit.
For your about page, your careers page, a lease listing, or a recruiter who needs to show what the space is like.
Real interactions, not stock. Consultations, walkthroughs, a signing at the table — the things that show what you actually do.
Loose, unposed frames of the team working. These carry your social feed and email for the next two years.
No packages to squeeze into. Every quote is written for your team after a short call, because a seven-person counseling office and a twenty-person firm with two setups are not the same job.
One final retouched image per person — and they pick it themselves, on the day.
Web-sized and print-sized files, colour-matched and named by person.
Full commercial usage for your website, social, print, press and recruiting.
Your lighting schematic documented and kept on file for future hires.
A full team group photo if you want one, shot before I break down.
Delivery in 5 business days through an online gallery.
A typical on-site team session runs about [$1,450]. A small office with one look sits below that. A larger team with a second setup, a group shot and lobby or lifestyle coverage sits above it. The full spread has been [$875] to [$2,800].
The per-person cost comes down as the team gets bigger — that is usually the number worth comparing when you have quotes from two photographers side by side.
If you have a figure you need to land under, say so on the call. I would rather shape the session around your budget than send a quote into silence.
There is always one person on the team who dreads this. If they are not happy with what we got, they come to the studio and we do it again on the same light, at no charge. You should not have to be the one who tells a colleague that the photo is fine.

A headshot booth is the one activation attendees actually queue for, and they walk away with something useful. I bring the full studio, run it fast, and every person gets a finished, retouched frame afterwards.
It works as a sponsor-funded draw, a member benefit at an association conference, or a perk at a company all-hands. Roughly [X] people an hour depending on how polished you want each one.
Most people have never hired a photographer for their team before. These are the questions I get on almost every call.
A typical on-site team session runs about [$1,450], and sessions have ranged from [$875] to [$2,800] depending on team size, how many lighting looks you want, and whether you add a group photo or office and lifestyle coverage. The cost per person drops as the team gets bigger. Every quote is written after a short call rather than picked off a package list.
I come to you. Nearly all of my corporate work is photographed on-site in the client’s own building across Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney and Coeur d’Alene. I bring the full studio — lights, backdrops, laptop and a screen — and set up in a spare office or conference room.
Plan on six to eight minutes per person, so a team of ten is comfortably done in about ninety minutes of shooting, plus roughly forty-five minutes for me to set up beforehand. A team of 7 to 12 people almost always fits inside a single morning.
About 15 by 15 feet with a normal ceiling. A conference room, an empty office, a training room or a wide corner of a lobby all work. I do not need a window, blackout blinds or a blank wall — I bring my own backdrop and lighting.
Solid colours photograph best, and mid-to-dark tones read as more professional than bright white or busy patterns. Whatever you would wear to meet a good client is the right answer. Once we book, I send a short one-page note you can forward to the whole team so nobody has to ask you.
They come to my Spokane studio on a later date at my standard individual headshot rate, and I rebuild the exact same lighting so their photo matches the rest of the team. Nobody ends up as the obvious odd one out on your website.
At the end of your session I document a full lighting schematic — light positions, heights, modifiers, distances, power settings, lens and camera settings — and file it under your company name. When you hire someone six months or six years later, I rebuild that exact setup so their headshot drops straight onto your team page and matches.
Retouched images are delivered in [X] business days through an online gallery, sized for both web and print and named by person so whoever updates your website is not guessing. Each person selects their own favourite frame on the day of the shoot, before they go back to their desk.
Yes, and the most efficient time is the same visit. While the lighting is already up and your team is already dressed for it, I can add lobby and interior photos, conference rooms, candid shots of people working, and real client-interaction images for the rest of your website, careers page and social channels.
Yes. I run headshot booths at conferences, association meetings, trade shows, and company all-hands events around Spokane. I bring the complete studio, keep the line moving at roughly 15-20 people per hour, and every attendee leaves with a finished, retouched headshot. It works well as a sponsor-funded activation or a member benefit.
Send this and I will come back with a written quote and two or three dates. If it is easier to talk it through, say so in the message and I will send you a time.
You are not signing up for a sales sequence. One reply, from me.
