A professional headshot booth for your next event in Spokane. Studio-quality lighting, in-and-out in five minutes, delivered the same day.
A professional headshot is the rare event takeaway people use the next day.
Most attendees are walking around with an outdated LinkedIn photo and zero plans to fix it. A headshot booth at your event solves that for them — and gives your sponsors a reason to draw the busiest line on the floor.
It’s the perk attendees mention to a colleague the next week.
Everything an event organizer needs to add a headshot booth to a conference, convention, or sponsor activation — no logistics work on your end.
Professional lighting, backdrop, and tethered monitor. We arrive early, set up, and break down — you don’t lift a thing.
Every attendee gets posing direction, expression coaching, and live monitor review. Even the camera-shy walk away happy.
Each attendee gets a private gallery link to download their retouched headshot — usually before the event ends.
Galleries can be customized with your event or sponsor branding. Attendees see your logo every time they download their photo.
For sponsors using the booth as a traffic driver — capture name, email, and company at sign-in. Delivered to you post-event.
National event headshot companies charge thousands in travel and lodging. We’re local — same quality, none of the markup.
Most events run smoother than the organizer expects. Here’s the playbook.

+How many people can you photograph in an hour?
15-20 per hour at a relaxed pace, with full coaching and review. We can run faster for tight schedules — up to 25 per hour — but the experience is rushed and quality drops slightly. Most events do better at the relaxed pace.
+How much space does the booth need?
A 10×10 footprint is ideal. We can fit into 8×8 if needed. We need access to a standard power outlet and a clear sight line to the backdrop.
+When do attendees get their photos?
Same day — usually before the event ends. Each attendee gets an email with a private gallery link to their retouched headshot, ready to download in standard digital sizes.
+Can the gallery be branded with our logo?
Yes. Galleries can include your event branding, sponsor logos, and a custom welcome message. Every attendee sees your branding when they download their headshot — that’s the marketing value.
+Do you handle lead capture for sponsors?
Yes. We can collect name, email, company, title, and any custom field at sign-in. Data is delivered post-event in a clean spreadsheet. Useful when the booth is part of a sponsor activation.
+What venues do you regularly work at?
Spokane Convention Center, the Davenport Hotels, Northern Quest Resort, Centennial Hotel, and most corporate venues across the Spokane area. We’ve also worked smaller venues like office spaces, hotel ballrooms, and conference rooms.
+What if our event is in Coeur d’Alene or out of town?
No travel fees within the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene corridor. For events further out (Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, Western Washington), we add a flat travel fee — usually $250-$500 depending on distance.
+How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most events. Larger conventions or events during peak conference season (spring and fall) book earlier — sometimes 2-3 months out. Tight timelines are workable, just call.
